    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  3. Exemptions:
    The following items are non-returnable:

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
    • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
    • Customized or personalized products (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
    • Sale items or items marked as “final sale.”

  4. Documentation Required:

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for all refund and return requests.

 Refund Process:

  1. Inspection:
    Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  2. Approval/Rejection:
    If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges:

Late or missing refunds:
